After we respond to your email, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Ship the product in its original condition and packaging.

As soon as we receive your product and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.

6-Month Warranty on Skincare Tools

We believe in the durability and quality of our products. All Cosmeticatop skincare tools are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your tool develops a fault during normal use within this period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it free of charge.
